fireNspec was founded by a NICET IV-certified systems integrator who was looking for a simple-to-operate, versatile, yet affordable, digital solution his technicians could use to conduct fire protection system and security inspections.
Not finding any software to fit his company’s needs, he decided to design his own and start a new company. fireNspec rapidly found a following among fire protection and systems integration companies, as well as visionary leaders in other fields who recognized that the platform had uses beyond its initial purpose.

How does fireNspec’s integration with SedonaOffice benefit customers and the security industry?
fireNspec enables security integrators to digitize their inspections, helping to eliminate paperwork, increase efficiency and save time. Inspections can be easily scheduled in fireNspec or SedonaOffice.
Our integration with SedonaOffice® provides bi-directional data flow for easy transfer of customer, site, and inspection information from either platform. It allows the automation of your company’s inspection progress from ticket creation to customer sync to automatic PDF document upload. fireNspec also has an online portal for each customer account and site.
Inspection reports are automatically stored in the customer’s portal, which they can access at any time with a link or QR code. The fireNspec platform is designed to be agile and modular, with the flexibility to support your team as your company grows.

What is most exciting about serving the security industry right now?

fireNspec is now offering Joint Commission- and DNV-compliant fire system inspections for hospitals and health facilities.

fireNspec is a very agile, customer-focused company and we are constantly asking ourselves how we can better help our customers. Our development pipeline has a number of exciting feature enhancements and integrations coming up over the next 12 months.
